All our enclosures are sized appropriate for your bird with natural wood perch and stainless steel feeding cups. Each enclosure is thoroughly sanitized with veterinary hospital grade sanitizer.Â
To secure your parrot’s spot and ensure their well-being during their stay, we recommend making an advance reservation. Please note that recent blood work and a vet check, conducted within 15 days prior to boarding, are required to guarantee the health and safety of your beloved parrot. It’s with your beloved feathered friends’ best interest at heart that we have established a specific advisory regarding grooming services for smaller birds. Due to their delicate size and specific care requirements, there are certain bird species for which we recommend specialized grooming services that can only be provided by an avian veterinary professional.

These beautiful birds, while small in stature, require a level of care and expertise during grooming that goes beyond what we are equipped to provide safely in our facility. Avian vets are specially trained to handle and groom smaller birds, ensuring that they receive the appropriate care without the risk of stress or injury.

Your feather friend must arrive and stay in an enclosed carrier. We will not provide grooming service to any bird that shows sign of illness or stress.
Grooming room is restricted and not accessible to customers. Please provide special instructions to staff.

Requirement for Boarding must have health certificate from license Vet. LAB report for CBC, PBFD. Avian borna, polyoma virus, chlamyida. Please provide any special instructions to the staff.

Before Your Birds Stay & What to Expect
You must have an advance reservation. If your bird requires special food then please bring it. Your bird must have clean bill of health from vet and negative disease test less than one month old. You are required to get a new toy for your bird from our store. Please bring your bird in a clean carrier and take carrier back with you.Â
Your bird will relax in spacious and secure enclosures, meticulously designed to prioritize their comfort, freedom of movement, and overall safety, providing a serene and stress-free environment for their rejuvenating experience while you’re away. Each enclosure is meticulously sanitized and cleaned after each stay with vet hospital grade sanitizer. Each enclosure has multiple natural wood perch that is sanitized as well. Pellet based diet food is provided.Â
Your feathered friend will also enjoy pellet based diet that will keep them satisfied and fulfilled. We change food and water 2-3 times daily with clean food and clean water ensuring their dietary needs are met with utmost care and attention. If your bird needs specific diet then please inform the staff in advance.Â
